Much Like Grandmaster H.U. Lee made new forms for
Taekwondo, Master Haeng Yoo Chung has created a set of
forms to teach the basics of Tai Chi. These forms are only
taught in Songahm Taekwondo schools, and end with the
traditional 24 form of Yang style Tai Chi.

This style of Martial Art stresses slow relaxed motions,
which condition the bodies muscles without high impact to
the joints of the body. Thus the joints are maintained longer with less damage to them.

Instructor

Mr. Tim Miltenberger is the instructor in this program.  He is certified as a level IV Tai Chi instructor.  (ATA currently offers 6 levels of certification).  We'd love to see you in class!
